Black Box Sign®

This product is supplied in subcontracting modalities of business processes BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), with two possible options:

  • Software as a Service (SaaS, in CPD “data center” of ANF AC), or
  • Hardware-In-Company (BlackBoxSign® at customer headquarters).

Black Box Sign®is 100% designed and developed by ANF AC and is offered in assignment of use with payment related to consumption. It includes:

  • guarantee of technological replacement, and
  • maintenance of updates that guarantee the latest technological security improvements or regulatory requirements.

Its architecture is scalable and allows unlimited expansion of resources according to production needs. This architecture has high availability that allows to reach a 99’99% effectiveness in the provision of services.

Black Box Sign®, is configured by default to not access the information contained in signed / sealed documents. Optionally:

  • It can be configured for signature / seal storage with annual re-stamped in order to guarantee its cryptographic security over time.
  • It can include strong encryption with AES algorithm and 256-bit key length in self-executing files.

In any of the modalities, the service has the ability to generate advanced electronic seals and advanced electronic signatures optionally recognized *. Complies with articles 29 to 42 of Regulation (EU) 910/2014 (eIDAS) ETSI technical standards and RFC international standars. It complies with the requirements of the National Security Scheme, and with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 679/2016 ('GDPR'), having prepared an Impact Assessment on Data Protection (DPIA).

Electronic signature and seal on demand

Black Box Sign®, has been developed according to the REST API model, using the POST method to make the requests. This API has the ability to create and validate Advanced Electronic Signatures (AdES)/ stamps [ETSI EN 319 102-1] on demand.

This digital solutions provider has the ability to meet service requests of all types of applications and terminals, and carry out bidirectional transfers. It is in accordance with Article 27, paragraphs 1 and 2, of Regulation (EU) 910/2014, including the electronic signature of XML, CMS and PDF at the level of conformity B, T or LT.

Black Box Sign®, uses the ANF AC Signature API which, unlike other existing ones on the market such as Bouncy Castle, Open SSL, etc., strictly complies with the EU technical and legal standards, and has been audited according to eIDAS Regulation. It allows developers to incorporate advanced electronic signature and recognized electronic signature processes in their local applications and web services, with a guarantee of 100% interoperability in eIDAS qualified validation platforms.
